Privacy Policy

When you place an order, we collect: your email address (for delivery), the photo you upload, and basic payment metadata that our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) provides. We do not collect your name, address, or any other personal information unless you volunteer it via support email.

Your photo is sent to our AI processing pipeline to generate the five output shots you ordered. The photo and outputs are stored on our servers temporarily so we can deliver them and resolve support requests.

All photos (your upload and the generated outputs) are automatically deleted within 7 days of order delivery. After that, we keep only the order metadata (date, email, amount) for accounting and support purposes.

• We never use your photos to train AI models.
• We never share or sell your photos to third parties.
• We never publish, display, or repost your photos.
• We never share your email with anyone except for processing payments (Lemon Squeezy) and sending you the order email.

You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. You can also request a copy of all data we hold about you. We’ll respond within 7 business days.
