Terms of Service

DigiCam takes a photo you upload and generates five new versions of it that look like they were taken on a 2006-era consumer camera (CCD digicam, on-camera flash, and disposable film). The generated outputs are emailed to you within an hour of purchase.

• You own the rights to the photos you upload, or have permission from anyone in them.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• The photos do not contain illegal content (CSAM, non-consensual imagery, content depicting minors in sexual contexts, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse processing and refund any order at our sole discretion.
• You will not use this service to harass or impersonate.

• You receive 5 high-resolution outputs (3 styles) within 1 hour of successful payment, except in rare technical incidents.
• If you don’t love the results, email us within 7 days for a full refund. No questions, no forms.
• Your photo and the generated outputs are deleted within 7 days (see Privacy Policy).

You retain all rights to your original photo. The generated outputs are also yours to do whatever with — post, print, share, sell. We don’t claim any ownership over them.

Email us within 7 days of order delivery. We’ll refund the full purchase amount through Lemon Squeezy within 5 business days. We don’t require you to explain why.

DigiCam is provided “as is.” We make no warranties beyond the refund guarantee. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, the “Last updated” date above will reflect the change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
